By scheduling services with Montrell Estate Media, clients acknowledge and agree to the following service policies and terms.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are considered confirmed once accepted through the booking system. Payment terms may vary depending on the selected service, brokerage relationship, or project scope.
Custom services, commercial projects, architectural work, and advanced media requests may require separate quoting and approval prior to scheduling.
Property Readiness
Properties should be fully prepared prior to the scheduled appointment time. This includes cleaning, staging, decluttering, landscaping, lighting preparation, and general presentation readiness.
Montrell Estate Media is not responsible for extensive staging, furniture movement, deep cleaning, or removal of personal items during the session.
Photography time may be reduced if a property is not ready upon arrival.
Weather & Lighting Conditions
Photography results may vary depending on weather, seasonal daylight availability, natural lighting conditions, property orientation, and surrounding environmental factors.
Certain services, including twilight photography and exterior enhancements, may require rescheduling or photographer approval based on lighting and weather conditions.
Virtual Twilight Enhancements
Virtual Twilight Enhancements are offered selectively based on property suitability, exterior lighting conditions, image quality, and overall presentation potential.
Complimentary Virtual Twilight Images included with Luxury packages are provided for select properties at photographer discretion.
Turnaround Times
Standard photography delivery is typically completed within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed prior to the appointment.
Video production, commercial projects, custom edits, and advanced media services may require extended turnaround times depending on project complexity.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
Appointments impacted by weather, unsafe conditions, or limited lighting availability may require rescheduling to maintain presentation quality.
Image Usage & Licensing
All images and media created by Montrell Estate Media remain the copyrighted property of Montrell Estate Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered media for marketing the active property listing and related self-promotion.
Media may not be sold, transferred, or distributed to third parties without written permission.
Commercial & Architectural Projects
Commercial, architectural, hospitality, builder, and design-focused projects are quoted individually based on project scope, usage requirements, scheduling needs, and production complexity.
